The products available from AR EN Technologies are downloadable and functional; you will not receive any of the physical copy of software.

Fees for services are non-refundable once all or even a portion of the service has been delivered.  Fees for software upgrades and other important technical support renewals are in all sense non-refundable.

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the software, we will refund less any non-refundable services.  If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email info@arentehno.comno later than 7 days prior to your renewal date.

Within 30 days from the original date of purchase, if you are not satisfied with AR EN Technologies, we will refund your subscription cost for first month.
After 30 days of purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Month to month AR EN Technologies subscriptions are non-refundable.
